THANKS TO ALL THAT CAME OUT THIS MORNING FOR THE INFORMATIONAL PICKET IN FRONT OF 2315 SALEM RD IN CONYERS! YOUR EFFORTS DO NOT GO UNNOTICED BY THE COMPANY!!

July 15, 2019

Today your bargaining committee met in caucus to formulate a counter to the company’s catastrophic benefits proposal.  It is far from what we consider a fair proposal. We will do our best to move the company to where we need to be, to achieve a good contract for the membership.  Thanks to Local 3517 for the care package.  Keep up the mobilization and remember: Blue Monday, White Wednesday, Red/Orange Thursday, and Black Friday.

On Friday 08/02/2019 at 7:00 PM Eastern | 6:00 PM Central, the CWA District 3 Office will be hosting a town hall conference call with CWA members across District 3 to provide an update on contract negotiations with AT&T. We will also be taking questions directly from CWA members. Below, I have listed a link where you can pre-register for the call. Please note that by pre-registering, we will call you. The agenda for this call is also listed below:

We continued meeting in subcommittees today. The subcommittees are discussing solutions to the issues raised by the membership.  There are numerous issues being addressed and we are looking at innovative approaches to reach solutions that our members expect.  Mobilize!!

The bargaining team met in various subcommittees throughout the day today. Subcommittees provide the parties a format to advance negotiations by discussing open proposals, related to common groups of employees, in an attempt to close the gap between our initial positions. We are diligently working to get you the contract you deserve. Thank You to the Alabama locals for the gift. Mobilize! Mobilize! Mobilize!

July 8, 2019

Today your bargaining team continued meeting with the company. The company offered a couple of repugnant proposals, including a horrendous response to our demand for improved benefits. We will begin meeting in a variety of subcommittees this week in an attempt to narrow the great divide in our positions. Continue to mobilize!

The bargaining tables will not meet this week due to the celebration of Independence Day and will resume on Monday, July 8th.  During this time the team will try to digest the plethora of ordure.  Keep up the great mobilization efforts!
